Welcome to Geo Intel. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Geo Intel‘s platform, located at www.geointel.ai.

By accessing this platform and subscribing to our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Geo Intel if you do otherwise not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Service Provision

Geo Intel provides a real estate market insights platform that delivers data and analytical tools aimed at enhancing property investment decision-making. This service includes, but is not limited to, access to near real-time property data, trends, market forecasts, analytics tools and all other related services on our website (geointel.ai) as ("Service").

Definition of Real-Time Data

For clarity, the term “real-time” or "near real-time" as used in our Service refers to monthly data updates that cover the most recent three-month period. Unlike traditional data collection methods, which utilise a broader 12-month rolling window, our updates provide a more current and concise depiction of the market.

It is important to note that our definition of “real-time” does not imply second-by-second or day-by-day updates. Instead, our data is refreshed on a monthly basis, offering timely insights while maintaining a balance between accuracy and responsiveness. This approach ensures that we can verify, analyse, and correct any data inaccuracies or errors (to the best of our knowledge) using a "verify then publish" method, as opposed to publishing unverified data first.

Licence to Use

Subject to your compliance with these terms and conditions, and payment of any applicable fees, Geo Intel grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal and business use, limited to the purpose of property investment.

Usage Terms

You are expressly restricted from all of the following:

  • - selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercialising any Service material;
  • - using this Service in any way that is, or may be, damaging to this Service;
  • - using this Service contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in a way that causes, or may cause, harm to the Service, or to any person or business entity;
  • - engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting, or any other similar activity concerning this Service, or while using this Service;
  • - using this Service to engage in any advertising or marketing without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geo Intel shall not be liable to any person or entity for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, or regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by the Service. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, in no event shall the total liability of Geo Intel, its directors, employees, partners, suppliers, or affiliates exceed the subscription fees paid by the user in the six months prior to the date the claim arises.

Accuracy of Information

Geo Intel strives to provide data that is reasonably accurate and up-to-date (update per month) to the best of our knowledge. However, Geo Intel does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of any data or information provided. Subscribers/users acknowledge that errors and delays may occur and that the data is provided on an "as is" and "as available basis”.

The information provided by the Service is intended for general informational and guidance purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice nor do we claim our Service as professional advice. Despite taking careful measures to ensure the accuracy of the content, changes in laws, rules, and market dynamics may result in delayed updates or inaccuracies in the information provided. Consumer Guarantee

As a consumer, you have certain rights under the consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which protects consumers when goods or services are faulty or misdescribed. These laws are intended to ensure that the services delivered are provided with due care and skill and achieve the results agreed upon.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Geo Intel from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein

Assignment

Geo Intel is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these terms without any notification or consent required. However, you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these terms.

Entire Agreement

These terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this platform, constitute the entire agreement between Geo Intel and you concerning your use of this Service, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.

Acceptance of Service

By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability, along with all other terms and disclaimers stated herein, are reasonable. If you do not agree with them or find them unreasonable, you are advised not to use this Service.
